I have been at the hotel many times. I am always impressed by the hospitality and friendlyness of the personnel. I have seen some changes though. The bar has not opened since Covid times. As a Accor member I always got a voucher for a drink at the bar ( when it still was in use) or from the mini bar . The breakfast is the same as always, but the service is a bit slower. The scrambled eggs were not there and it took quite a while to bring new ones. And the rate seems to have gone up quite a bit. Yet, I will be back.

Hotel is lovely, but inability to adjust air conditioning was too warm. Overall very good hotel, good location.

Smell of cleaning product very strong, aircon/heating stuck on temperature 25C and only managed to turn it off by removing keycard. so room extremely warm even though it was a cool night and opening window not sufficient to create airflow to cool the room. Room decor was tired and dated. Breakfast was mediocre. At best would class this as 3 star based on the limited hotel amenities and the condition of the room. Have stayed in a ibis styles on same trip with better amenities. Only benefit was the central location in parma as plenty of places to eat & drink nearby as nothing in the hotel.
