We hay a great time at Zhouzhuang Pullman. We felt special, and for us that is the best overall feeling when you stay in a hotel. Special thanks to Befo Cai. F&B Manager and his team, as well as Michelle Wu, General Manager who helped us solving some important transport issues. Also thanks to Reception team that was great helping us in different ways all along our stay

Stayed in room 1605 for two nights between 01-03/07/2023. Warmest greeting and unbeatable service from start to end. In room and buffet breakfast were both fantastic. Great blend of modern hardware with a hint of traditional taste inherited from the nearby ancient town. Love the wooden swipe card. Thank you Catherine, Nancy and Ken for the unbeatable hospitality. Greatly appreciated.

Poor interdepartmental communication and poor hygiene

Booked with a heartist rate and the hotel required me to present both the heartist card and an employment letter. I brought my heartist card and ID but were not enough. They took a ¥2000 bond on hold till now and has not released yet. The hotel said would not release the bond until I provide my employment letter. I have contacted my T&C department and they would contacted your regional management. Room was not hygienic with a used dirty napkin underneath my bed. Asked the receptionist for the discount information in restaurant but the receptionist had no clue. She called the two restaurants for me but the managers of the restaurants were not there. Did not get the information until I went to the restaurant myself.
