Staying here on 13 april. Its a budget hotel i get it. Im not going to let what i found here greatly reduced my reviews point here. I usually without any thougth gave 1 star had i receive any kind of uncomfort upon staying at a hotel, but i gave it 3 stars - average, mediocre- which what i felt upon staying here. So here's why. I've stayed on a much cheaper hotel near the area with more commendable hospitality of staff. Thats what i recognize here first. I usually gave full stars for hotels with less facility, but a friendly staff. It wont take too much budget to fix the hospitality or grooming habit of your staff. Im sorry for saying this but when i stay, there's this two staff who, to me, are not wearing a presentable attire (shabby pants and shabby chef attire who looks a little but too dirty for someone handling the food) Upon arrival we find the lobby was kinda dusty, and air feels stuffy. Probably because it was not heavily occupied for a pretty long period. The elevator button is hard to push. I dont think the rooms here is equally maintained. We checked in on 3 rooms, and mine was the best out of three so im not complaining. The rest of the rooms, again, feels dusty and stuffy air, a crack on painted walls, and feels humid. If i was the one who get one of those room, imma sure im going to complaint. The sliding bathroom door was heavy. Shoot. I cant even close it properly. Good things i was staying with my family. If it was with a friend, it was another risky problem.

Overall, my room was good (308). However the shower drain clogged so much, I can't shower comfortably. Please fix this. Everything else was fine.

Hello, I am Brian, I am one of the participants of an event that was held at the ibis style cikarang hotel, good service, the staff are nice. At first I was confused when the event was about to start, there were still some things that were not complete, but after I was helped by Mr. Rezki, one of the hotel staff, everything went smoothly.
