Warm welcome from the front office staff, Mr. keith. Very friendly and clear information. Got one malay guy staff at lounge G floor area, (don't know his name) when i pass by that area, he put on smile to me. This is great. Good size room, very clean. Very cool and quiet air-condition system which is very important for hot summer. To all staff keep up your work. Will return again. Recommended this hotel.

Very good once again. Only downside the television reception was playing up and when contacted technician to fix there was no follow-up. Room comfortable, this time the shower worked fine, and barring TV issue was enjoyable stay. Look forward to return in a couple of days!

Wrong reservation of voucher redemption and misunderstandings

Upon check in, reservation team reserved two rooms and 1 pax breakfast when it was actually 1 room and 2 pax breakfast. After its resolved, duty manager contacted to give original voucher when in fact i already provided with the voucher as well as the envelope. After few hours, it was confirmed that the hotel actually kept the original voucher.

Hi, I used the online checked in & i thought that it will be a seamless check-in process but it was not. I still have to wait and gotten my passport photocopied twice! On my second checked in time, i thought the process was quicker but was asked on my passport again ! (I booked on a Thursday and check out on a Saturday and then checked back in on a Sunday) . There weren't many people and i would suggest more checked in staffs at the counter. Toilet ceiling was peeling off , between the wee hours in the morning 3-5am , guests who came back or go out & their doors were shut loudly and woken us up . Please adjust the hinge of all the doors !Its disturbing those who wants to sleep or those who are light sleeper. On Monday when we were checking out, the breakfast spread was almost empty and wasnt refilled. Certain foods like the ham were not fresh .
