Stayed for 3 nights. All good but breakfast is very expensive and coffe is $11 in restaurant on 2nd level. The coffee shops were not open before 8am so could not get a snack

Staff was very pleasant & helpful with all my needs. About a 20 min drive to main attractions. Cabs are cheap & don’t take tips. Clean with good choice of restaurants or snacks. Attached to a great mall & train station. Would definitely recommend!

I stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year and each time I’m always impressed by the service, the attentiveness of the staff and the great rooms. The location is also spectacular for me as my office is only 5 minutes away. The one thing I wish the hotel did better was to offer its Accor member s benefits to those that booked the hotel through third party sites as long as they do it often enough. It’s too bad this is not the case as I’m sure more people would also book their stays here as well.

no razor and no tooth paste is available. how come this is 5 start hotel?
