Rooms nice and clean. The infinity pool area is lovely and a great place to relax. Travelling on my own I felt really safe here. A big thank you to Sean and Shan who were extremely accommodating and helpful with organising a late check out for me - thank you both.

We enjoyed our stay in the Mercure . We booked a suite with privilege Lounge service. The lounge service, especially by Sophia and Gilbert , let us feel very comfortable. The suite was very nice and had two complete bathrooms. The cleaning service of the room was very very late , so we had to complain .

The room was very comfortable and clean after being moved by a charming and efficient member of the reception staff to a room without the smell of someone previously smoking. Breakfast was not a good experience, very busy, nowhere to sit and stale and dry pastries. I had a further two days stay booked and wanted to cancel my breakfast booking but was told I could not do this as I had paid for it in advance, I was very dissatisfied and ended up forgoing this and bought a decent coffee and croissant in your foyer coffee shop. You need to be more flexible with customer requests!
