We had an extremely quality stay at the hotel. I am very satisfied with the hotel, from the service to the staff working at Hotel Royal Hoi An. Welcoming guests is very considerate, check-in procedures are fast, professional and dedicated. It feels like the staff are very well-trained, always warm, cheerful and ready to assist guests. Hope to come back one day soon.

The hotel location is perfect, by the river and 5 minutes walked to the Old Quarter of Hoi An. I love the decoration of the hotel and my room, very artistic and elegant. The buffet breakfast was excellent, I love the Italian Coffee and cakes there. The swimming pool and Deck bar on the open air terrace was awesome. That was the view platform to watch sunset and the whole Hoi An from above. The staff are super friendly, warm and attentive. Love their smiles. Thanks Hotel Royal MGallery Hoi An and will come back for sure. Highly recomended

We are staying in room 501, the smell from the toilet/shower is unbelievable, they have had to unblock the toilet once. To make it worse they know how bad it is by lighting a citronella candle in our room everyday which just makes it worse It’s disgraceful

Wonderful stay in a stunning hotel. Bed was huge and comfortable. Room was beautifully decorated. Loved both the pools. Used the spa for a wonderful massage. Staff were lovely, breakfast the best we had while traveling. Location fantastic. Highlight of our time in Vietnam with so much to do close by in Hoi An and surrounds. Stayed 6 nights but could have stayed longer.
