Absolutely awful paid £117 for one night with the family.... Car park littered with mattress and household waste, the room we where in stunk of cigarettes, in room fridge didn't work, net curtains filthy and hanging off had to tune our own TV carpets filthy and not fitted properly, tried calling down to front desk no answer! Pur ac on blew out smokey air!!

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL IF YOU OWN A VAN. After checking into the hotel within 30 minutes the van had been severely damaged by someone attempting to break in. The car park is covered in cameras and the entrances are not alarmed as signs suggest. The staff were then extremely unhelpful and rude. They did not check or provide cctv. They refused to cooperate or even offer to call the police. We had to ASK for a refund for parking as a gesture of goodwill. They genuinely could not care less. Terrible time checking in as the member of staff on the check in desk could barely understand what we was saying. After paying for food we were told we need vouchers before we ordered in contrary to what the member of staff that checked us in had told us. All round terrible experience and after talking to other guests it is nothing new at this hotel. Would not recommend to anyone. Avoid at all costs

Housekeeping Needs Training

Generally good, staff are very friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is with housekeeping. This week I had used cups not replaced or cleaned and sugar was not replenished. When staying for a week at a time, as I do in Privilege Rooms, I expect the housekeeping to be attentive to my comfort.

A hotel which classify itself as 3 or 4 hotel. It isn't up to standards. There is need of full renovation.
