Room warm, bed comfortable, bathroom fine BUT too many steps & not enough lifts. My husband can manage steps with difficulty, very slowly, & with discomfort. I did check many Launceston places to stay your info offered a lift, so I booked it. We were in Launceston for medical appointments (husband) as services needed aren't in Burnie. I came to support him.

Nice location, good parking area, nice room. Toilet a bit too close to wall in my room and door (when open). Very clean, good beds and nice free chocolates. I have enjoyed my stay there.

Overall fine but I needed to hand wash some jeans & a jumper after an accidental coffee spill. The guest laundry only had a small basin, not a tub, and had no plug. It was almost useless for hand washing, but I had to as I was leaving at 6am the next morning. It was very frustrating and annoying. I’m very glad you had a blanket in the room as the doona was way too hot. The room faced west so was very warm. I removed the doona & used the blanket. I hate unnecessarily using air-con (waste of energy also).
