I chose the hotel for its location. Upon arrival at around 23:30, the reception was crowded with clients and there was only one receptionist available. The TV in my room had been programmed to turn on automatically, displaying advertisements for the hotel. Consequently, I couldn't sleep continuously throughout the night. I attempted to deactivate the automatic advertisements without success, resulting in being awakened every time the TV turned on. It would be appreciated if the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of water in the room instead of selling it for 25MAD. (Les petits gestes qui font toute la différence...)

The night before our flight out of Casablanca airport we needed lodging after the train ride from Marrakech. Hotel was totally convenient with enthusiastic staff. The taxi in front the next morning was very efficient and the driver is my new best friend.

Overall this is a very nice location if you want to be near the Casa Voyageurs train station (and thus have easy access to the airport). There is a shopping mall nearby and the area is generally pleasant. The staff were very helpful. My complaints were two. First, the WiFi was very slow - about 1.5 MB/sec. I really expected better from Ibis. Second, while the TV had channels in numerous languages everything was scattered across hundreds of channels on the dial with many being empty. It would be much easier for your guests if the channels you have were all clumped together and you provided a list of them.
