We took 2 nights. The first night, the room was next to the service elevator. We where able to ear it run many times during the night. The next day we ask for room change. They accommodated us, but never got a compensation. Having the service elevator next to a room is a very BAD conception, especially for a Fairmont Hotel.

Wonderful views and fabulous food

We were travelling from the UK on a road trip around Eastern Canada.This is a wonderful hotel, great customer service. We loved the location of the hotel near the bottom of the ski slopes. We had a great view from our window and loved the outdoor pool.We enjoyed fatuous cocktails and a great restaurant meal, one of the holidays' highlights. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing experience.
