Warm & welcoming hotel - ideal for my first visit to Warsaw. Located close to Warsaw Central station and many of the city's landmarks. Superbly furnished room with additional seating and all amenities. The hotel is serious about green initiatives seeking to eliminate plastic items. Glass carafes provided to fill water from a dispenser in the corridor - sparkling, still, cold & ambient!! Magdalena & Olena were outstandingly helpful.

My room and especially the bathroom were great, but I had asked for a high floor and away from the lift and got the first room next to the lift on the lowest floor. Unfortunately this meant that it was very noisy in the mornings. And the lady at the front desk was not really friendly. I also heard from a colleague who stayed next to the gym that she could hardly sleep because it was so noisy. There were also very few vegan options for breakfast, even though it is Lent. Perhaps you could work on the variety.

I stayed at this hotel in my last business trip to Warsaw. The hotel is well located and have all the basics. The breakfast is quite simple, the room has all the basic facilities needed and the bed is comfortable. My only suggestion is for a better use of the space downstairs, as a bar that has more space and its more welcoming would be nice if you fancy to work and have a nibble before going to bed. Like the one on the Ibis Centrum.
