It was overcrowded and loud

Unfortunately, it was a busy week with Eid Hoilidays, we came as a family and spent only 2 nights with you. During this time, we were unable to get any reservations into the Ala Carte restaurants and had to use the Buffet dinner which was very busy and difficult to get a clean table. We decided to eat out of the resort for Lunch as we wanted less chaos. The sand is course, and my daughter did not enjoy playing football on it.

The kids enjoyed the experience very much. The facilities are really up to par. Clarissa from the front office was very kind to extend our experience to having lunch at the Seven ‘s. Your restaurants has amazing options. We will surely come back!

Good stay but need improvement

Good stay but it was bad compared to my previous visits. The rooms were not fully cleaned. Too many mosquitos even in the rooms. In the buffet, I saw a fly inside the cheese and the staff is not doing anything. Moreover, one of the staff in the lobby cafe was not nice with my young brother, she told him ‘if you keep on having hot chocolate you will be more fat’ and he got embarrassed.

What a wonderful experience AGAIN!! Rixos always impresses and wow its guests. Service was impeccable, and the staff are always so friendly. Special thanks to Hani at the reception desk for all his support and amazing service, Jadid at housekeeping for the amazing support and cleaning of rooms 2017 and 2021; the life guard from old town in Mombasa!! Super cool and amazing guy! Thank you very much for a wonderful experience, we will definitely come again.

The staff across the hotel were very good and accommodating. The restaurant managers were great and in control considering how busy the hotel was. Burka was super and so were his team at Meat point. Mo and Regi at the beach bar were amazing all through our stay. Always willing to help and kept smiling. One lady waitress in particular during the day at the beach bar, amazing. She wore glasses, forgotten her name. Reception- Adrian was super and Ismail was amazing. Great staff Rooms need updating though, poolside could be made better as well as the lunch time and breakfast queues in the buffet restaurant Thanks V. Family
