Reception was very welcoming and explained the parking well. It is a bit of an inconvenient parking situation - you have to go next door and up to the very top, outside and not covered and well away from the lifts for the hotel parking. The room was clean and comfortable.

Have stayed a number of times before and always found everything satisfactory to very good. However the twin bed this time was the worst bed I have ever attempted to sleep in. Narrow, slopping mattress and very uncomfortable. Unexpected and disappointing

Convenient location prior to departure

I had a wonderful stay prior to my flight out of Tullamarine. Staff were helpful and breakfast was great. Free shuttle to the airport was also great.
