Lovely apartment and very well appointed (Miele appliances etc). Spa bath in ensuite. Had a great ocean view (I asked for no higher than level 15 as it is a high storey building). Everyone I came across was lovely and helpful - reception people and housekeeping. My teenager boys loved that we were across the road from beach and close to eating places. They enjoyed the gym. There is also pools (outdoor and indoor), steam room and sauna. Didn't get to try the restaurant as it was closed the 2 nights we were there.

The apartment was spacious for 2. We had the best view of the beach and the strip. Smack bang next to the shops,eateries plus only 30min away from the major theme parks. One feedback is staff in Hyde need to be more welcoming when we enter. Don't get acknowledged when we wait in line or leaving the restaurant. (Just my opinion since I work in the hospitality industry myself.)

Extremely disappointed! Concierge have endlessly been less than helpful, we arrived to the hotel to check in, we booked through a travel agent and we weren't told about a $2,000 security bond required. I completely understand that this is not on the hotel however they were so unhelpful with the situation that they would not offer a solution at all, i offered to drop to a lower room and asked for any other options, all of which we were told that this is not possible. We have paid $5,700 for 4 nights accommodation, and they were more than happy for us to leave to another hotel if we did not come up with this $2000 which we have had to borrow from a friend to do so. Upon arriving in the room, we found old food in 2 different places, again, for a nearly $6000 room for 4 nights, absolutely disgusting. on our second day at the hotel, we had been out all day and no one from the room had been near sand at all the whole trip, we arrived back at our hotel after a day at sea world to find water and sand throughout the bath and shower in the master bedroom. Again talking to reception, this was completely disregarded and told that this couldn't be the case. We havent even used the bath, there was left over water and sand (as pictured) For reference, sand has somehow managed to get up to the 63rd floor without any guest being in the room. Concierge did not even bother to look into it before disregarding our concerns saying that it was not possible, only after arguing for 5 minutes did they say they would investigate further. Not on 2 days left to go and i hate to think what is going to happen after saving for this holiday for 2 years. To put this into perspective, i have tried to show my 9 year old daughter the best experience possible by splurging on the most expensive hotel room we have ever purchase by a very long way and have been left absolutely disappointed by the experience. previously stayed at soul twice and had a great time, for concierge alone i would not stay at the property again. Location and view, 5 stars Concierge and assistance, i wouldnt have paid $2000 for this room knowing how we would be treated. If you value more than a view, i would completely avoid Soul.

This is not reflective of the high standards we strive to maintain, and I will personally address this matter with our housekeeping team to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Regarding the sand in your bathroom, I understand how unsettling this must have been we immediately conducted a thorough inspection of your apartment, including a lock read to ensure there had been no unauthorized entry. We also offered to replace all room keys as an added security measure. Additionally, it's important to note that all guest levels are security locked, enhancing the safety and privacy of our guests. We will review our procedures and communication protocols to prevent such misunderstandings and ensure a more supportive approach in handling guest inquiries. I would like to extend my personal assistance in resolving these issues. While you noted you have filed a police report, please feel free to share my details with them as a point of contact for the hotel so that we can discuss your concerns further and work towards restoring your trust in our hotel. Once again, please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Paid extra for plunge pool and arrived it was green with bottle tops and debris in bottom Staff came and put chemicals in it removed bottle top from pool took 2 days for it to clear bottle top left on stairs beside pool patio had rubbish and unit was a little dirty with some rubbish, bottle tops and cockroaches within the unit
