Poor service. Not worth the money.

I'm sorry but I don't believe having to wash your mugs with a face washer in the bathroom is acceptable. Then having to ask for milk and tea bags to see you through for the next morning.nWe were out all day. Returned late afternoon and the room still wasn't made up. When the cleaner ( next door) saw us come back she said they were busy and short staffed! I have been an All Accor member but with the price this is poor and I wouldn't stay again.

We were guests of the day so our room was upgraded to a park view which was nice. The bed was amazing as always. Our room was clean and comfortable and the reception staff were very friendly. We were even given a little chocolate treat and complimentary drinks which made our day.

Hotel was clean but was definitely lacking in many areas. There were no slippers in the room, no bathrobe, and NO shower caps. These are basic items one should not have to request. When I requested the shower cap, I was told they were the last two left in the hotel. The hotel needs upgrading to have more walk-in showers rather than the bathtub showers of the 1980s. Breakfast was good at the Farmacy restaurant. The staff were nice and obliging.

Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, nice art and design but twin room like looked out onto office building wall and made room feel closed in.

Best night sleep, beds comfy. Would prefer better towels and skip the breakfast included in some packages in The Farmacy restaurant, very limited and poached eggs solid as a rock. Great location, ease of parking and lots of restaurant options close by. Good snack bar
