We had a short stop overnight to prepare for flight departure next day. Incredibly convenient for returning rental car night before and getting to airport in morning.

Very comfortable but there is an issue with invoicing (payment done 3 times with my bank card and charged in my Visa 3 times) to be solved sooner.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. In particular, Samy went above and beyond. Upon checkout, I had 20 Francs credit and I picked a gift chocolate that was 20.40. I offered to pay 0.40 using my credit card. But to save the hotel credit card fees, he put 0.40 of his own and insisted I keep it the gift. By the time we were done with checkout, my taxi had left. He came running out and drove me to the airport so I could be on time. I think Samy exemplified great customer service that made my trip memorable. I would recommend this hotel to others based on the pleasant and polite demeanor of the staff, and Samy in particular. Please convey my best wishes and thanks to him.
