well located, friendly stuff

This hotel is well located, has truly friendly stuff especially the receptionist lady from Cuba. She was really nice and helpful to us and managed everything we asked for. A special thanks to Arief for keeping the pool area nice and friendly and he is always where he should be, trust me ;) The food was really nice and tasty. We really missed bans and different bakeries in the mornings at breakfast. The hotel offered bread only. At dinner you have to ask for free soft drinks instead of having offered it with some of the waiters but still i would 100% recommend this hotel in price-value range. As peer the rooms I would consider it rather 4* than 5*. The furnishing is out of dated in the rooms, some connectors are loose which occurs some problem. I really missed the shoe-horn and a few tiny shoots that would make this a 5* stay. The cleaner done a fantastic job. one important thing I must mention which has nothing to do this Hotel but since you are staying there please consider that a construction is going on in the very neighborhood which can ruin the whole holiday while the building process lasts. You can hear the hammers and drills all day long and what is surprising through the night as well- you would not believe it but they are actually building the property through the whole night. If we stayed a few buildings more far from the construction it would be less noisy but staying in Mövenpick is really loud at the moment because of this construction next door. All in all it was a nice stay and I would recommend this hotel, considering that it is not a fancy five star hotel and the ongoing construction.
