The toilet area stinks and gets worse when another person in a neighbouring room uses the toilet for their big business.

No English Channels on TV

Location great Room average Bath TINY - so disappointing Kids beds very uncomfortable Reception friendly. Asked for extra pillow's and an iron and they were sent straight up. The only English Chanel in my room is BBC news! We arrived at 2pm and are bored stupid! Apparently only some rooms have English channels which I wish was transparent at booking! So sat here in silence and it’s ruined our stay! This is the sole reason for the low stars!

Everything was on time and was as intended. The staff friendly and helpful. The only problem.was a large number of people to be checked in. I assume because it was the first bus of the evening from the airport.

Though in a good location the shuttle bus service is very limited, but the hotewl can be reached by public bus service. My room was very clean and comfortable but basic compared to other Ibis Styles I have used. The whole hotel looks very dated and tired. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast items were of lower quality than other Ibis Styles hotels I have used; bread was stale, meat dried up and very few fruit items or juice choices.
