The hotel was great! Good location, parking was reasonable and in a garage. Subway was also accessible without going outside. Since we were traveling with a car but didn't plan to use it, it was perfect. The only caveat - the room was warm no matter how much we used the AC. We came to think that the fridge in the room was putting out heat. I'd reccomend unplugging it if you don't need it.

- The checking process was horrible - I learned that your staff invaded my privacy by actually viewing my Linked in profile ( my profile is public) however, this is not right if your staff reviews the guests’ profile

Convenient, but a few issues

I love the location; convenient to where i need to be. However, i was frustrated with the room. The drapes did not close all the way which brought in too much light at light, so i had to sleep facing the opposite direction. The coffee maker instructions should say, "add water" as part of the instructions. It ate a pod before I realized i needed to add water! (when you are tired, things like that escape you!). There was no cream for the coffee so I couldn't drink it after I made it (allergic to the whitener). My phone did not work. I think the shampoo was actually the same as the body wash. It did not wash my hair properly and there was no conditioner. I spent 15 minutes trying to detangle my hair and had a terrible residue on it. There was a very unruly man on my floor who perhaps had a mental health issue or on drugs maybe? who got on the elevator with me on the 15th floor and started making moves to accost me. Thank goodness the elevator stopped at the 8th floor to let more people on! I have no idea which room he came from. Otherwise, the staff are excellent; very friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant is excellent.
