Absolutely amazing & lovely stay. Check in was quick & easy. We decided to add the breakfast when we checked in, no problem. The room was great, no traffic noise. The staff were all fabulous! Honestly, I have not been to a hotel for a long time where all the staff were so lovely & friendly. From checking in, to the bar, to the cleaners, to the breakfast staff, all were so friendly. The room itself was fine, no complaints.

Good hotel to use as a business base

Great stay with a clean room and a comfortable bed. The only downside is the limited parking which is also chargeable. As I was a late arrival at the hotel managed to find the very last slot to park my car.

as usual this hotel was brilliant and after a long time of being closed to the public it has opened again and is is just as wonderful as it always was . friendly helpful staff... clean and tidy rooms ... really comfortable beds so now once again my visits to see family in ipswich are a nice and enjoyable experience
