Location is central and convenient. Close to symphony hall and nice restaurants Room was functional but outdated. We had a family room. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. You could literally count the number of metal wires in the mattress when lying down. The main bed was very comfortable though. Toilet was in separated room with no wash basin nor bin. Claustrophobic people might find it unbearable. We were at the top floor but still could hear the traffic noise- why drivers beep in middle of night is beyond me Breakfast ok but nothing special to justify the £18 pp. thought their effort to reduce the single use items was commendable

Really nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Room was very clean and nicely presented. Breakfast is excelent with plenty on offer. The only disapointment was one guest who thought it was acceptable to come in to the breakfast room wearing a robe supplied by the hotel and walk around preparing a take away tray, not a pleasent exprience for the anyone who was eating. I was surprised that the hotel thought this was acceptable as the staff were helping. The hotel has secure underground parking.
