The staff are extremely helpful and always greet you with a smile. Reception staff helped by trying to locate an Apple phone which I had dropped in a taxi organised by them. They contacted the company and arranged for the phone to be returned to them for collection by me the same evening.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mercure a great central location, and from reception to cleaners all the staff were excellent. I look forward to returning next year for the hockey.

well located and good stay

Of all Places, this is one of the best places you can be in Tilburg. Location at the heart of Tilburg where you'll find everything. Generally clean, fitness and many other that will make you relax. Just one little issue. I paid 246 euro for a privilege room and it looks like a normal room to me. Been to the same Hotel before and the normal room seems even better. For the rest all good and I loved it. Friendly workers and well understanding.

No electric outlet on both sides of the bed.
