Had an excellent welcome and support from the front desk staff. Zen was especially kind and helped me find good places to eat. Excellent service. The atmosphere in the hotel is very cool and friendly. Very easy to access everything around the city. Would highly recommend for short stays in Brussels

The staff comprised of the most miserable human beings I've ever encountered. They were EXTREMELY annoyed when asked to do the basics of their jobs. (Except for the woman in charge of the breakfast and ONE desk clerk.) I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ms Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

- First room we got was not cleaned. There were faeces in the toilet. The second room was fine. The rooms are very small, smaller then what we expected. The rooms at Ibis Amsterdam City West are larger. - The mattress was excellent. Hard as if it were new. - The service was very good. Even when we had a problem (see first bullet). - The breakfast was good, as we expect from an Ibis. - The location is excellent, in the city center. This did mean that in the morning we heard the noise from the street. We needed to open the window because it was too warm in the room.
