We recently stayed 3 nights at Mecure Townsville. The Hotel reception and restaurant area is one of the main reasons we stay. It's a relaxed and open area. While the room was clean and the beds very comfortable, they need a refurbish.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The location was excellent, conveniently located and easy to navigate from. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. It was truly a relaxing stay, and I felt very comfortable and at ease. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff and good location

Overall pleasant stay. Room had a lot of ants and mosquitoes but staff sprayed outside room at night and during the day when we were out for mosquitoes.

Location a bit far from downtown. Room ok but consider a bit old, especially the carpet Floor. Breakfast just so so comparing to another mercure like in Indonesia.
