good proximity to center of Zurich

The stay was generally good. The Rooms were clean and the functional. The one thing I found was a problem was that the air conditioning could not be adjusted to run cooler. The room was always at 22 - 23 degree (Celcius). Setting the A/c on the controls did not make any change to the overall temp of the room. Opening the windows was the only solution to cool down the room but since we were facing the street, it got quite loud with people below. Sometimes the if someone was smoking outside, we could get the odor in the room.

The signature scent once you arrive at Novotel is very calming, the personals at the reception, roomservice and in the bar/kitchen were very professional plus i find the language flexibility of the personals is very charming. I must also commend the 2x dinner we had in the restaurant, exceptionally tasty.

A very cozy hotel, the treatment is magnificent, the room is spacious and very new. Breakfast is very good, there are gluten-free options. We can't say the same about dinner, since there aren't as many options for celiacs.

Nice Stay in West Zurich

It is really easy to get to the hotel, it is just one stop from Zurich SBB to Hardbrücke station, a 7 minute walk from the station to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, well equipped with all the toiletries you need. My room looks just like the pictures they have, so I was really surprised when I walked in. The staff are very friendly and speak perfect English. Near the hotel are many restaurants and Migros, so good place to stay.
