conveniently located, unfortunately it was a very busy & noisy Saturday night - with guests coming & going almost all night. Understandable given the proximity to the airport

I was disappointed to see shabby and unclean carpeting in hallways upstairs. Also, the room allocated to me on 8th floor was not ready to occupy. Dirty sheets were in a bundle on the floor, door wide open, and a room opposite was in the same condition. This was around 8.00pm, an unusual time for such disorder. After my complaints, I was given another room on the 5th floor.

Very helpful desk service. Strange to finde the door of the room allocated was propped open with the dirty laudty. But fresh linen had been installed - no time to report at the time.

Firstly, you cannot engage with a staff member without them also conducting conversations with other staff members. This is very frustrating. You also get charged for breathing in the air here. I ordered some Room Service...the very name of it suggests that the meal will be delivered to your room. In fact, no it won't - you need to go down to the restaurant to get it PLUS you get charged $2.50 as a 'picking up from restaurant fee'?????!!!!!. Once I got down there it was impossible to rouse a staff member from their own conversations for some time such as by the time I actually got my meal it was stone cold. The carpets both in my room and the hotel in general are extremely grubby. The lifts are unclean. The rear car park is a pigsty.
