I had a great stay overall, with a few minor disappointements: - the breakfast food was good, but not necessarily up to my taste and was missing some often found breakfast choices (like bacon), the juice and drinks were very watered-down and lacking flavour - TV in my room didn't have any apps like YouTube or Netflix that I could connect to with my account, which was a very big surprise - room was really hot despite having the AC on full blast and lowest temperature possible (while outside it was only around 20-25 degrees celsius during the day, I can't imagine how hot it gets with 30+)

Chcielibyśmy sprostować kilka uwag z opinii, aby wpłynęły na większy poziom Pana satysfakcji w przyszłości. Nasz bufet śniadaniowy staramy się urozmaicać w skali roku wiele razy, jednak ze względu na ograniczoną przestrzeń nie sposób jest zaprezentować wszystkie produkty dostępne z naszej oferty jak np bekon, który jest dostępny na życzenie. Jeśli będzie Pan w przyszłości w naszym hotelu i będzie miał Pan jakieś życzenie proszę zapytać na miejscu naszej obsługi, gdzie staramy się sprostać wszelkim wymaganiom. Tyczy się to też kwestii napojów - gdzie nasze 100% soki skondensowane są do odpowiedniej formy i jeśli coś z nimi jest nie tak to prosimy o taką informację do personelu, gdzie na wszelkie uwagi reagujemy błyskawicznie. W kwestii dostępnych aplikacji jesteśmy hotelem sieciowym i kwestia wyposażenia oraz dostępnych umów nie obowiązuje tylko w naszym hotelu, ale w całej sieci i na ten moment nie mamy takich możliwości do korzystania z określonych aplikacji. W kwesti sprawności kilmatyzacji gwarantujemy, że działa ona sprawnie i na pewno sprawdzimy zajmowany pokój przez Pana pod tym kątem, niemnniej wbrew pozorom w ciepłych dniach łatwiej o utrzymanie chłodniejszej temperatury, ponieważ budynek łatwiej adaptuje się do określonej funkcji - grzania w zimę lub chłodzenia w lato. Uwagę dotyczącą dystrybutorów wody z pewnością sprawdzimy, ponieważ powinno to wyglądać inaczej i przepraszamy za wszelkie niedogodności z tym związane. Gwarantujemy, że nasza woda z dystrybutorów oraz również woda z naszych kranów w pokoju jest w pełni zdrowa i nadaje się do spożycia. Biorąc pod uwagę wszystkie te uwagi wierzymy, że kolejna wizyta będzie lepsza i że będzie miał Pan wtedy okazję do wystawienia lepszej oceny po pobycie. Good hotel in nice location

Overall a very good stay. The location of the hotel gives easy access to a number of restaurant and the riverfront. The room was clean and tidy when I arrived and the bed comfortable. Housekeeping was not great the bed looked like it had been made by a disgruntled teenager, the cup that I had used for coffee was still where I left it and the coffee supplies were not replenished. The used towels were taken but no new ones left, I had spares so this was not a real issue. The other problem with the room was that it was too hot and even when turning the AC down as low as it would go it still felt like a sauna to me. I ate in the restaurant with a colleague and the meal was good but a number of items were not available on the menu. Breakfast was very good. Parking is available below the hotel, currently there road works in progress blocking the normally access road so you have to go past and then do a U Turn but not an issue. Would I return - most probably.

The first and most important thing, the staff was kind and extremely helpful. Especially the staff at the bar and kitchen was so kind and helpful. "Kids Corner" is a wonderful idea for the families with children. Having a baby stroller for families also a wonderful idea. I want to thank you one more time, the kitchen staff let us use the kitchen fridge to keep some birthday cake for my daughter and we also allowed to have a small celebration in the restaurant for her. I really appreciate that.

Although we arrived on a business trip, so we only stayed at the hotel from evening to morning, we were still very satisfied during our 3-day stay there. The rooms were very clean. Since we went to work early, we did not have a chance to have breakfast at the hotel, but we got a lunch packets. We were surprised at how much it contained and how well it was designed. Thank you for everything. :)
