Bonjour Mr. w., I sincerely apologise for the disappointment and possible disruption caused by the renovation work, the aim of which is of course to offer an even more modern service with maximum convenience. We will of course endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum and complete the work quickly. I very much regret the inconvenience - and ask for your understanding for the measures. However, please allow me to point out that we explicitly refer to the renovation work on all platforms and in the reservation confirmation, which our guests also confirm and expressly welcome.
