Comfortable room - bed and pillows very comfy. Room had nice sea view. I had to cut short my trip by one day. Ahmed was very cooperative and arranged this for me and also provide a cash refund which was great! Thumbs up to Ahmed Shaimaa at the front desk was very courteous and managed the checkout process very professionally

Actually upon check in it's took so long to the room to be ready and the reception did not want to change the room he told me there's no availability but im sure there was availability because it's not a high season but he was good enough but I don't think he's experienced and he didn't told me about the hotel facilities and even they didn't show me the elevator I went to wrong elevator and there's no sound cancellation i can here everything from the other room. I ordered room service it was not that much for a five stars hotel even the room they don't do deep cleaning and the pillows it's not comfortable even the bed.

Rooms are slightly small and washrooms big. The view and location and staff is good. The only problem I faced was cleanliness of the swimming pool area, although the staff cleans the surroundings and the water is clear, the cleanliness of the area surrounding the pool needs more effort.

Excellent stay. Lovely hotel. Great location. The sea view rooms offer great view. Special mention for Padam. Had forgotten my bathroom kit. Was very helpful and got me what I needed promptly as I needed to leave in a short time. Grt hospitality. Five stars
