Visited the spa as a Xmas present, the spa itself is a little tired and needs a good refresh, the saunas etc also need updating. Not enough beds to relax on in my opinion for if it gets busy. The lunch included was ok I feel you could provide a better range for the price and only tea and coffee available unless paying, nail bar in the café also which I thought was a little strange. I had a lovely massage and facial with Millie, she was excellent and very professional, definitely recommend her. The products used were lovely. All in all it does need a good update and probably look elsewhere when looking to book another spa experience until this has been done.

Booked a spa stay and tribute night. Arrived at 2 pm booked in with ease and welcoming. Went to spa and then to the bar ordering food. No wine Chardonnay or Pinot and no still water… ok house wine not the best but ok. Food is was nice and the service was good.Tribute night was fantastic and the meal and service excellent again. Breakfast after a very good nights sleep in a comfortable room was excellent good choices cooked breakfast.. cereals/ / yogurts / fruits. Treatments in spa very good. Overall 10/10 from us everything was fantastic from very hard working staff thank you 🙏🏿.

Stayed for just one night before our Costco shop. Booked a Priviledge room and used both the leisure facilities and the breakfast. The usual priviledge room amenities were not present when we checked in at 2pm. I called down and requested they be delivered before evening. We went to leisure area but on return there were no bathrobes which was rather inconvenient.
