We stayed at the hotel for less than a day (about 15 hours), but we’re charged full price. That was the only one drawback. Our room was clean, it was quiet enough to sleep, the breakfast was delicious and in the morning a cleaning lady asked us politely, whether we needed our room to be cleaned. The reception was polite too.

Very bad service. Asked to wake me up, reception confirmed, but nobody called. You can’t order food to your room, but in other ibis hotels was such an option. And bed shits were extremely synthetic, whole body was electrified.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We have already planned additional training for the reception staff. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. According to the standards of "ibis" 3* hotels, room service in the restaurant is not provided. The bed linen in our rooms consists of polycotton - a mixed fabric woven from polyester and cotton threads, the proportion of synthetic fibers in it is mainly only 5%-35%, the rest is natural fibers.
