I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member but chose to stay at Sofitel instead. It is an affordable luxury hotel with great food and service. I was impressed by the great food and service at their restaurant. Compliments to the chef and to Hassan for the great service!

Quite an Old Property

On the surface it looks nice but after a closer look you can see all the dings and scratches that this property holds. The service was very good although I felt like I was taken for an additional charge for early check-in otherwise wait till after 3pm when I arrived at priory at 10am from 30 hours of travel. A little petty for 50 euros but I paid nonetheless. I felt for the early check-in that they could have included the breakfast buffet but they did not citing that I needed to pay for a full night's stay. From a guest service perspective I felt this was rather lacking as it would have been so much better for me to say that my first impression of the property was wonderful. I paid for early check-in and they also included the breakfast. However this was not to be and so it really detracted from my first impressions and my initial guest experience. When I got to the room I was told it was an upgrade however it was pretty much the same as I had booked. Taking a closer look at the bathroom it was most evident that they failed to clean behind a rolling for for several months and I could feel myself getting bitten by fleas. I made this aware to the staff who did nothing about the fleas being mentioned and only cleaned the floor of the rolling door area. Other than that the service was with a smile and very polite. The staff could do with a great deal of customer service training trip handle such interactions better and therefore give the property a much better overview from guests who support the flaws and identify areas of concern especially when sharing the concerns with the staff but little to nothing being done about it. All in all I would rather my experience a 4/10 with the property being given a 7/10.

This luxury hotel has all the perks you'd expect from a five star hotel. The suite was spacious and had a fantastic view. Our bed was large and extremely comfortable. The rainfall shower had great pressure and the provided amenities were upscale. We also took a trip to the indoor pool and greatly enjoyed the experience. The staff was friendly but the concierge was supposed to set up a very early morning taxi for us to get to the airport. Unfortunately, this didn't happen, but we managed to find a nearby taxi. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed in Sofitel Casablanca Tour Blanche for 1 week for business. The hotel room was nice and the amenities are nice as well. The service level was great from the reception to the room service however the next service was during breakfast. Our server Isamil was great, he greeted us every day with a big smile and offered a great start of the day.
