My booking included a balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower My initial room was on the first floor with a view of the taxi line below and the view of the ET only from being outside on the balcony while craning my head. Our room did not have functioning air conditioning as advertised - only a fan which did not work. The room was clean but did not have ventilation so it was quite stuffy. We had to sleep with the balcony door open to breathe. My son suffers with allergies to pollen so because the door was open, he was sneezing constantly and it was humid and warm so overall, not a comfortable sleeping environment. There are no USB ports for your phone. The food in the restaurant was mediocre and the Sunday brunch was definitely overpriced at 65 Euros pp. Again, a nice view if you are lucky to book and then actually receive a room closer to the tower but NOT worth what they charge for the room. I travel quite a bit and this is my first review ever written.

We booked a balcony view room of the ET and it did not disappoint! We were on the 5th floor and it was bigger than life! Unbelievable view! We sat on the balcony and watched the flickering lights in comfort. Front reception employees were terrific, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Doorman, luggage attendants, and customer service personnel were very nice. France has a reputation for being rude but not here. We experienced rudeness from a couple of Uber drivers and staff at Disneyland Paris but not at Pullman. Rm 536 was excellent. Clean, spacious, and no foul odors. Our room had some view of Eiffel Tower. For us, it was perfect. Cold outside, but the hotel was warm and comfortable. Housekeeping came daily. Complimentary water and sodas in the fridge were restocked. The room had 2 glasses, 2 coffee cups, coffee, tea, a bottle opener, and kettle. We did not use their restaurant or room service. Pizza at the restaurant across the street is horrible. Exit the hotel and make a right. Walk a little further down where there is a great Italian restaurant with good pizza. If ever in Paris again, we would definitely stay here.

The view of the Eiffel Tower and the proximity to it made my stay enjoyable. As for the hotel and staff I was disappointed and I stayed in the hotel for a week. The staff on the floor were rude they never offered me a hand until my last day when they wanted a tip. They never smiled or try to assist me with my elderly mom. I stayed in many hotels across Europe and never experienced anything like this. Not like there wasn't plenty of hotel staff around to help you feel welcomed.
