Location is absolutely perfect, just steps from Republic Square. The room was modern, clean and well appointed, albeit a bit smallish. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only issue was extremely loud music blasting from the cars driving by the hotel, but this is not the hotel's fault.

I am a long term member of the Accor Group. Staying at IBIS was the only option in Yerevan and I will definitely not stay there again. The location is good, thats it. Room is very warm, change at room control seems to have a low influence. Lack of any type of services at IBIS is not available, which I think is truly strange these days. Laundry have to brought to reception and picked up again, the timing on the order form is not correct so you wait longer. settling your bill the evening before you leave, as all flights to Europe leave very early morning, is not possible. You need to do this at the actual time you leave the hotel. At check-in I was told they proudly upgraded me, whereas I booked and paid for the room and the category and there was nothing upgrade able.

I love this place. It is absolutely charming. Most important thing is the team. People from management to service stuff are all very nice and friendly. My hero is Vagram the lobby barman! Here you can always enjoy excellent food and exclusive drink. Most importantly the Armenian brandy. Thanks billion of times!
