We stayed here during our short trip to Paris. We were pleased with our rooms which were spotlessly clean and bright. All of the staff in the hotel were welcoming and approachable. There was a good range of food to eat for breakfast and we were impressed that the bread is made on the day in the hotel. All in all, it was a very good experience and we would come back again.

So, don't offer "parking" when the public carpark is 400 metres away AND it is illegal to drive to the front of the hotel to drop bags off (pedestrian access only). The room was tiny, even by Paris standards and the hallway on the third floor smelled like an old peoples nursing home. Breakfast was grim with awful machine coffee, horrible long life (I'm guessing) orange juice, plastic ham and cheese and dry bread. The staff were nice, but this hotel fell way below the usual ACCOR standards.

Dear Fiona G., Here is my reply to your Google.com review: I am truly sorry your experience in our hotel was so unpleasant. We do not have a parking, as mentionned on our webpage all.accor.com, where you made your reservation ("Near the property"). Except for a few, our rooms sizes our quite big for Paris standard. The one you occupied is 14m² (above the average size mentioned on our webpage as well). "Old people home smell from the lift to the room", maybe elderly people were on the same floor as you. "Walls too thin and poorly insulated", we will see what we can do about it as we will refurbish the hotel in late 2024 - early 2025. Breakfast "plastic ... terrible": you paid 27€80 for 2 all-you-can-eat buffet breakfasts with a variety of products which may not be to your taste, I am sorry about it. In any case, you are entitled to your opinion and you are encouraged to communicate with any member of staff and let us know straight away about any grievance you may have so we can do something about it while we still can. Pleasant experience from the check-in through the breakfast to the (late) check-out. Room on the 8th floor small but really quiet. Location excellent. The only negative: the bathroom is too small by any measure.
