We've been staying in this hotel almost every year since 2018 and this time we've experienced an absolutely lack of maintenance and cleanliness. I just would like to summarize below some of the issues flound: 1) the floor in the room was dirty 2) the desk in the room was full of dust 3) there was only one hanger in the closet 4) the hinge of the shower door was cracked 5) one of the aircons of the gym was out of order 6) one of the treadmills of the gym was out of order 7) seat adjustment of the static bicycle as well as one of the multifunctional workout stations of the gym was out of order 8) during our whole stay at the hotel, the same piece of paper was on the elevator's floor meaning that no cleaning was done during all these days

I had a great stay in Ribeirão, as usual. However I would like to mention that hotel rooms are deteriorating. Some of them have the soap dishes on the showers broken, some shower drains are clogged and the metal tubes on the baggage stands are mostly loose.

The room was dirty. The service parking are so rude drivers employees. Drives aggressively and bad. Don't take care of the cars. Left waiting for long time the guest, only for funny!
