Member of staff woke me up in middle of night

I was woken up at 11.45pm by a member of staff demanding I open the door because my credit card payment had failed. I explained I stayed there regularly and asked if it could be sorted out in the morning. She demanded I opens the door and went downstairs to make the payment otherwise I would have to leave the hotel. I felt unsafe and threatened. I then remembered I had the credit card receipt so she demanded to see that. When she had seen it she just said oh sorry and went and onion the next door. No apology the next day

Stayed with my 6 year old. Staff were great. The only thing that detracted from our stay was the group of loud Irish blokes who swore continuously, even at breakfast. I'm not a prude, but effing and blinding in front of a child is very inappropriate!

I have stayed in many hotels for work and I must say this is one of my favourites. The hotel is very close to everything but my favourite part is the staff. The staff are welcoming, friendly and bend over backwards to make your stay memorable. The hotel serves food which during my stay was served quick and was fresh. The breakfast in the morning couldn’t be faulted, plenty of choice and topped up regularly. The rooms are clean and modern and the beds are comfy. I would definitely stay again! Thank you team ibis!!

Not great. Door key cards were being problematic, had multiple visits to reception on each day of my visit. Food wasn't great and portions were very small. Tea wasn't topped up in my room and I am a serious tea drinker.Phone signal on my network is very poor( not really hotels fault but still a pain) Staff seemed nice and friendly and the room was good.
