The location of hotel is good, however the condition of property is pathetic. Food is not at all good. It needs to be improved with more options. F&B manager is not at all flexible in modalities despite a guest staying for more than 7-8 days.

Visited from 3rd to 6th April. Stayed at room no.705. At the time of entry, excess amount was charged than the offered amount. Representative told at the time of checking out that excess amount will be credited in my bank account within 48 hours. Today is 14 the April. Also sent mail. But no reply. Please help to this Senior Citizen. Sorry to give negative remarks.
