I stayed at a hotel from April 5-7, 2024. Initially, I informed the staff about an early check-in, but they failed to provide the welcome letter and snack that Accorplus members are entitled to. Throughout my stay, no one came to clean the room, and when I requested additional water, it took an unreasonably long time for them to deliver it. Despite the basement parking lot being empty, the staff insisted I park outdoors during the scorching weather. This was my third visit, but it fell far short of my expectations.

I just stayed one night on a business trip outside of Bangkok. First time to stay the Sriracha area & my local friend recommended Novotel to me, turned out to be the absolute right choice. Great service, beautiful view, very nice food. 10/10!
