Excellent hotel. I could not find any fault with the hotel. Quiet Location near river. 5 mins walk to shopping area. 8 mins walk to Abando Train Station. Staff are all friendly. Nice breakfast. Room is spacious with coffee machine. Comfortable bed.

Very nice stay at the Mercure Bilbao. While travelling to France, needed to make a stop at Bilbao and Mercure was the right choice. Only remark: parking garage is very, very tight if you have a large car.

I stayed for a period of 3 days over the weekend. People at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The people who cleaned the rooms did a great job. Location of the hotel is near good restaurants and shops.
