This is a really nice hotel, lovely pool and nice beach setting with decent food. Overall though it was let down by a couple of things that left me feeling a little conflicted about our stay. The main issue was that they closed the beach bar area and had construction near our room for several days preparing for a celebrity wedding. To me closing one of the best features of the hotel for 3 of the 4 days we were there shows a certain tone to the "regular" guests staying. There were other parts to the resort still open as the hotel said so not like it was all inaccessible, but this is one of the nicest so left something to be desired. One of the staff though (Tham) was absolutely awesome so big thanks to her. She tried her very best to serve drinks down to the beach and make up for the inconvenience of the closed area.

We had 4 nights in the hotel as a part of our vacation in Phu Quoc. The hotel is very nice, located near airport and around 10 minutes by car from the town, providing free shuttles to airport, downtown and Sonasea. Public transportation station is also available next to the hotel. The pool and beach are nice and clean. Room is top cleaned and there is a late afternoon turn-down service. Thank you guys for the afternoon chocolate. Restaurant food is delicious, nicely presented and the beach bar and pool bar offer excellent cocktails. Frontdesk are all perfect and efficient. Hotel is well maintained and applies high quality standards. Great hospitality culture shared by both management and personnel. We would like to thank so much the General Manager Mr. Frank, who is doing an excellent wok, for all his kindness and his special attention, and also we would like to thank the best Guest Relations Manager Ms. Xuan who is an extremely nice person and knows how to turn complaints into compliments. What really impressed me, is that management in Pullman are extremely careful and listening to customer's feedback in order to make them the best guest experience. I would like also to thank Tham, the beach bar lady, who is always smiling, nice and efficient. Thank you all for the memorable stay, it feels always excellent to be among you and we hope to visit you once again in our next vacation, we will be always looking forward.

Everything is nice except for the Music

The hotel keeps playing on strong music during the day time using speakers (including the swimming pool, outdoor area, the bar, etc) and it can be heard clearly in all the rooms (including suites). This is quite annoying and it means you must keep all the windows shut at all times during the day time which defeats the purpose of going to a resort to enjoy the fresh air. it's not suitable for those who are looking for a quiet and peaceful

The fitness centre is clean and has a good mix of Life Fitness machines inducing: smith machine; lat pulldown / row; chest / shoulder press; leg extension / curl; dual cable; treadmills; elliptical cross trainer; recumbent bike; adjustable benches & rower. There’s also dumbbells up to 20kg, TRX, bosu balls and mats.
