Overall it is an unforgettable experience. The staff there are really helpful and polite and always smiling. One of the employees in the breakfast area by the name “Rashad” I could literally give this guy alone a 7 star review. He is very helpful and you can actually feel that he is happy to serve you.

Stay in the iconic Flame tower.

Location: The hotel is located in one of flame towers which is an iconic structure perched on one of the higher points in Baku. Whilst the view is great, there are no shops or restaurants near it and the hotel is on a busy road. The Highland park is close by but crossing the road is a challenge. You can walk downhill to reach old town and the promenade but climbing up is quite a tiring hike. Taxis are available so if u r ok to take a taxi, you should be ok. Ambience: The lobby is beautiful and exudes luxury. Staff: We were greeted warmly on arrival. The receptionist who helped us was professional albeit a bit cold. We requested for rooms close by which was kindly given. It was our father's 80 bday so we checked if there was a possibility of an upgrade which was politely refused but we were offered a free cake to be sent to his room on his bday ( which no one had a a record of on the actual day but the GM kindly arranged for it at 10 pm with Happy Anniversary sign 😅!). After checkin, we requested the Concierge to send our bags to the rooms and he actually indicated that the bags had wheels so we could manage😁 but eventually helped us. The Bistro restaurant staff, where breakfast, was served were excellent and very happy to help with our big group. The spa staff too were very good and explained everything professionally. Breakfast: The spead is great with alot of variety for vegetarians. Thwir bakery section is very good.It did get a bit busy so my suggestion is to go before 9.30am to avoid the rush. Rooms: Our group had 3 rooms and they were all comfortable apart from 1 room that had a bed whose mattress had sunk in. The curtains and sheers were controlled by the switches which was really nice. The bathroom was lovely but it took a while to find the hair dryer which was in the closet drawer in the room. There is a coffee machine with pods and tea bags but no coffee creamer and they don't provide it for free as per the hospitality team. After insisting we were given some fresh milk. Overall, the room is good with good city views from a height. Summary: Overall the hotel is good but I would stay in a more accessible area if I ever go back. For others, I would recommend staying here to experience the Flame tower.

Well located and nice building.

Overall hotel stay was amazing. Great rooms comfortable beds and pillows, great staff. Also went to the lobby lounge where staff are very friendly and entertaining although ended up at the 19th floor Bar where staff are equally amazing and service is at its best. Rooms are cleaned daily and replenished whatever was consumed. Both check in and check out experience was great.
