Modern, clean, perfectly positioned for the train station. Experience was a bit soured by the fact the hotel booked us a taxi to the airport but we were charged double the price we paid from the airport to Gare de Nantes a week earlier. Feel ripped off. Hotel should book normal taxis, not some private firm they are perhaps getting a cut from.

We confirm that we are used to working with a VTC company for its reliability and punctuality, essential for travel, our customers trust us when they book a trip for it to be carried out, and that is the case with this company. But they charge prices equivalent to those of taxis. However, the price of journeys differs depending on the day and time booked (the cost increases quickly on weekends and during nighttime hours). We normally specify when booking that it is a VTC company, but leave you free to prefer the taxi company that we can also contact. We are delighted to see that you enjoyed your stay at the hotel. The satisfaction of each of our customers is our priority, and this includes impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, thanks to our team of housekeeping who work daily to ensure this. Friendly and helpful staffs, clean and spacious room. Good access to the city and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Hello and thank you for your nice comment. I will give your feedback to all our crews. As you said our hotel is very near the city center, with the Castle of Nantes at the end of the street. On the streets around our IBIS you have several very good restaurants from traditional French, Italian to tunisian bakery and thai restaurant. Last but not least, the train station is a few minutes’ walk from the hotel, as well as a tram stop that will bring you to any further away destinations like the machines of Nantes or the Beaujoire’s stadium. We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was the best we ever slept in and the room was modern and quiet. Check in and check out was seamless and they had no problem looking after our bags before check in and after check out. Breakfast was really good coffee hot and nice selection of continental items like baguette, cheeses, hams, breads, pastries etc. also good location about 10km walk to crepe restaurant area

I have used the hotel a number of times when visiting Nantes and the surrounding area. It is always a pleasant stay with friendly staff.

Hello, thank you for your feedback! As you point out our hotel have an advantageous position : between the train station and most of the touristic sightseeing of the city. The Castle of dukes of Brittany is at the end of our street, as well as the botanical garden, the LU tower and the Saint-Pierre Cathedrale.
