Ibis Tallin is good comfortable hotel with afordable price near bus station walkable distance. the bed is very comfortable free coffe and tea at lobby. Very safe because at night only can open gate by hotel key. Cons: only little far away from old town, but it can be reach with BOLT only 4 euro per trips.

Clean hotel with helpful staff. Nice food. The breakfasts are lovely, The bus stops right outside the hotel. Rooms are basic but clean with excellent bathrooms. The bar / downstairs area is great to hang out in. I would recommend staying here as a base for exploring Tallinn.
