I was in line with 3 people ahead of me. 2 people were working desk at check in. Then 4 more people come in. Then one more employee walks out of office. Then they let all 4 people move to the front of the line in front of me to check in. Check in for me took nearly 40 mins at 10:00pm. It was unprofessional and unacceptable
