OK room but service zero

The check-in person looked at me like an alien. No "bienvenue". I could not hear what she said because of the noise from the music. She did not repeat but turned her back tu me and then just handed me a piece of paper she wanted me to fill in. I did really not feel welcomed. At the breakfast I asked the lady for sucrettes. She turned her back to me and said : non, ce n'est pas normal ici" and went away. It is the most unwelcoming hotel I have met for a long time. Ou est la politesse.... The rooms are incredibly ugly in my opinion. But that's another story. The hangers kept on falling down every time I took something from my wardrobe. No place to store you luggage. But the room was very clean.

Great stay in the centre of Toulouse

Stayed for two nights on business with a colleague, very friendly and helpful staff and comfortable room with amazing pillows! Breakfast is fantastic with a good choice of hot and cold selections. We eat in the restaurant one night which was also excellent with a good choice of wines. I won't hesitate to come back.
