Went to Airlie beach for a wedding & this was first on the list of accommodation from the moment I rang & booked our 4 rooms nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was so friendly & the resort is beautiful. Very handy also having the bar & restaurant right there was fantastic & very reasonably priced

Room had a faint, unpleasant odour emanating from the bathroom. Kept the sliding door open the whole time so the place aired out. I had the pizza on the second night, apart from poor table service, the Pizza was terrible, made from a frozen pizza base, two staff asked me how it was, so I was honest and told them, it was more like a late-night room service reheated frozen pizza. Whilst agreeing with me, and acknowledging the fact, no further action was taken. As a Platinum member, I stay in a lot of Hotels, this one could certainly improve, based on the faint unpleasant odour, poor service I experienced - mainly from one staff member, and the terrible meal. The power outage was out of their control, so that didn't influence my ranking of this establishment.

Absolutely fantastic check-in experience and room was perfect, loved the free chocolates and drinks. We had a loud explosion at the electrical transformer so unfortunately had a generator outside on 24hrs.last night was noisy but at least had electricity.

Would of loved to of stayed longer, but my Sister Caroline Quick was very hard to please.
