We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Pavilion. The hotel is ideally located, right next to the shopping mall but also very easy to reach. We were able to reach all the sights quickly and easily by GRAB or on foot. The rooms are very inviting and generously furnished. We had a Grand Oasis and Oasis in the City room, both with beautiful views. The breakfast with a large selection and the possibility to sit inside or outside. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would book and recommend the Pavilion Hotel managed by Banyan Tree again anytime.

I really enjoyed my time at the Pavillion Hotel KL Club Lounge! Simply love the yummy-licious food prepared by Chef Daniah (♥️) and perfect ambiance! I had repeated servings 🤫🤫 of everything at the lounge 🤣. Great thanks to Chef Daniah for the fantastic spread… will definitely see you again real soon!

The hotel has a great location, very convenient for access to the Pavillion shopping mall. The rooms are a bit tired and the AC is quite noisy. The breakfast had a vast choice of food. Captain Raaj and the concierge team were super helpful and went out of their way to help me book transport. A big thank you to them!

The room was very clean and beautiful views out the window. The highlight of the stay was the concierge manager Amm, they took an interest in the excursions we were doing, congratulated us when we explained this was our honeymoon and helped us in any way they could. The overall concierge team were also warm and friendly.
