Sono stato nel ponte di pasqua, struttura molto bella con piscine termali belle. Il problema è la gestione, in primis non puoi fare il check in e check out con l'operatrice e l'operatore che parlano al telefono in contemporanea, magari si assuma due persone per turno. L'hotel intwrnamente è un labirinto ed I reparti non sono ben segnalati. La cosa peggiore è il ristorante dove la brigata è spenta, gira a vuoto e non sa da dove iniziare, le scuse che sono state date dopo le senalgnalazioni sono state: abbiamo aperto solo da 2 giorni, mi dispiace ma in un 4 stelle non sono comprensibili queste carenze. L'unica che si è dimostrata all'altezza è stata Roxana. Peccato perchè questo hotel ha un grande potenziale, spero che le recensioni si rivelino presto utili per migliorare il servizio di questa bella struttura.

Bella struttura in mezzo al nulla...camera bella,bagno bello ma asciugamani e accappatoio vecchi e usurati e questo in un 4 stelle non va bene....ristorante da dimenticare completamente bocciato....tempi biblici e personale improvvisato...colazione scarsa non da 4 stelle forse da 2....bellino il centro benessere ma forse questo posto non vale la spesa, costasse meno un week end ce lo rifarei ma a questo prezzo anche no..

Our room, particularly the bathroom is 5-star standard, some details are sub-optimal like - quality of coffee at breakfast (coffee machine not working properly for 5 days while being there, the same cheese and only one for the entire time, plaster falling off the walls in the spa-area). Personnel extremely friendly and helpful.
